We are seeking a Program Director for our Carlisle, PA location. The Program Director provides direct support and supervision to up to 8 clinical teams. Also provides clinical and operational daily support for all aspects of program operations. Program Director provides on-call support to teams, who provide crisis support and de-escalation to clients and families assigned to program 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. This position is responsible for the overall management and success of a program or agency. This includes financial budgeting, fundraising, staffing, human resource needs and day-to-day operations.
