Job Title: Director, CPD HQ Finance Division: Consumer Products Division (CPD) Location: Hudson Yards, NYC Reports To: VP, CPD HQ Finance Who We Are: At L'Oreal, our Finance teams turn data into insights and risk analysis into solutions while ensuring the Group's financial performance is top-notch. We have a diverse range of expertise at L'Oreal Finance, including Financial Planning & Controlling, Internal Audit, Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury, Tax, and Consolidation. We bring numbers to life! What You Will Do: This role will act as the CPD finance lead in charge of consolidating, reporting, and analyzing performance of Consumer Engagement Touchpoints (CET). This individual will have frequent interaction with the CPD CDMO, including the responsibility of presenting finances to the CPD management committee during monthly business review meetings. In addition to total CET analysis, this role has direct oversight of Paid Media, including budget forecasting, variance analysis vs. reported financials, and strategic recommendations for investment based on past performance. Business partnerships include but are not limited to LUSA corporate CDMO, CPD CDMO, CPD commercial teams, CPD brand finance leads, and CPD brand marketing teams. This role will also:

Additional Benefits Information: Salary Range: $138,500 - $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
