In the Implementation organization, we're building out a new function aimed at unifying the planning, operations, and organizational culture of the team. A successful candidate will have a strategic approach to business planning, aiming at driving strategic initiatives and planning efforts that will shape the future of our customer and frontline experiences. This candidate will focus on developing both short-term and long-term strategies, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals, and fostering innovation and operational excellence across the organization. Job Responsibilities: Support Implementation development of multi-year strategic roadmaps, organizational design, goal management as well as an organizational rhythm of business to help drive key initiatives for the team as well as process improvement projects. Develop presentation content, briefing materials, and other collateral to support the day-to-day functions and success of the Implementation organization, most frequently for the Vice President and Directors. Partner cross functionally with other business partners in Finance, Value Creation, Channel Planning, Marketing and Product to align key strategies and planning for both operational and capital expenditures. Lead ad hoc special projects where scope cuts across the Implementation organization or requires dedicated support outside a given function. Perform other operational duties as required, often in partnership with the Legal, HR Business Partners, and the Implementation Leadership Team. Develops onboarding and service delivery strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives, key risk management, and driving business and project initiatives. Act as an inspirational leader that creates impact and value within T-Mobile for Business and across the Implementation organization. Successfully prioritize work to achieve success, with the ability to stretch leaders within T-Mobile for Business Demonstrate a focus on results through setting performance standards that go above and beyond of Senior Leadership. Develops the business's multi-year strategies and goals, establishes measurement criteria to supervise the performance of established strategies consistently, identify deficiencies, and avail meaningful solutions. Develops and crafts the strategic planning process for successful implementation and evaluation of the digital strategy. Responsible for evaluating strategic growth or cost-savings initiatives to operational excellence programs through business casing, research, and analysis. Prepares and presents organizational reviews and communicates results and insights to top management Acts as a trusted advisor to the business's executive leadership and relevant partners during strategy formulation, development, and execution Educates the Implementation organization on emerging trends, transformation opportunities, and new technologies that can continue to differentiate T-Mobile for Business Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required) Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 7-10 years Professional experience in Finance, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Consulting (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Quantitative Analytics Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, particularly modeling; strong bias towards data-based decision making. (Required) Financial Planning Demonstrated ability to lead financial elements of the business, including budgets. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
