Position Summary The School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking an Associate Director, Faculty Affairs who will create and implement processes, procedures, and corresponding timelines that align with new and existing policies developed by school and university leadership. Manage and oversee structure, systems, and programs in place to support faculty during their lifecycle at the university. Support faculty professional development and recognition through directing faculty related processes and activities, such as school-sponsored research grants, special assignment requests, faculty awards. Independently plan, implement and direct execution of all faculty-related events for the SPS Office of Faculty Affairs. Direct successful use of Interfolio, including trainings, setup, new features, troubleshooting, and liaising with key stakeholders. Collaborate with and advise faculty committees on school and university policies and structure. Manage budget; project expenses, review and approve expenditures. Develop content and communications, including for websites and other materials. Supervision of staff. Execute special projects Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $85,000.00 to USD $105,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
