***This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered. *** As our governmental client requires, this position requires being a US Citizen. This position provides direct support to the Defense Health Agency. Performs day-to-day management of tasks consisting of multiple efforts that involve the task management professionals. The Program Analyst will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree OR 3 -5 years of technical or supervisory experience with ETMS2, including the predecessor system, and within the DoD/Military Health System organization. The Program Analyst will perform task management via the Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2) and business analysis on task management processes to identify workflow efficiencies. The candidate will interface with key senior leaders within the Agency and correspondence points of contact within the Department of Defense (DoD). The Program Analyst will be the first-line supervisor for multiple teams, reporting directly to the Program Manager. Ideal candidates will have ETMS2 and/or Correspondence And Task Management System (CATMS) experience, great customer service, and DoD experience. This position provides a hybrid work schedule, with the duty location of Falls Church, VA. The duty hours for this position are 8 am-4 pm. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Analyst: $80,000- $100,000 Pay commensurate with experience.
