Pay: $22 per hour The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist will be proactive, goal-driven, and a team player, with a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently. This role involves taking ownership of identifying and resolving issues within established policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality work. The position operates under the general supervision of the Corporate Controller, with regular reviews for accuracy and deadlines. Responsibilities: Manage accounts and identify unresolved debts Contact clients via email, phone, and mail to follow up on overdue accounts Develop repayment plans and address client inquiries Enter/import invoices into customer invoicing platforms Provide account status updates to the Corporate Controller and CFO Research and resolve billing issues while maintaining customer files Process merchant credit card transactions and apply appropriate collection techniques Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in multi-legal entity environments and oilfield services preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred, or 5-7 years of relevant experience We offer a range of benefits to recognize your hard work: You'll receive weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card, and we provide earned wage access, allowing you to access a portion of your earned wages before your payday.
