Shift Options: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift

Pay: $20 - $32/hr.

Responsibilities:



  • Read blueprints and engineering specifications to gather material, surface finish, and dimension details.
  • Compare workpiece surface finishes to standard blocks using fingertip touch for precision.
  • Measure product dimensions, angles, arcs, and radii to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Report findings to the Inspection Supervisor and prepare Inspection Deviation Reports (IDR) for non-conforming parts.
  • Set up and test inspection equipment, including portable CMM, to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts and cranes to move heavy parts for inspection.


Qualifications:



  • 3-5 years of related experience in dimensional inspection.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
  • Proficient in performing calculations, including discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and basic algebra/geometry.
  • Skilled in solving practical problems and interpreting written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
