Shift: 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Thursday; 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Friday)

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53218

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee production processes, train team members, and help improve manufacturing operations. You will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing, working closely with the team to meet production and shipping goals. Your ideas and suggestions will be valued as we work together to find solutions to manufacturing challenges.

• Train and develop team members
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
• Implement quality management systems
• Manage production projects and timelines
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols
• Coordinate with the sales and manufacturing teams to meet goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with setup of forming and punching machines
• Experience with roll forming machines
• Familiarity with industrial filtration processes
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and other industrial software
• Understanding of welding processes
• Experience with shipping and receiving procedures
• Mechanical experience and machine maintenance knowledge
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
