Summary Oversees the daily operations of the leave administration and management process for the organization. Ensures leave management processes are administered consistently with corporate policies and compliantly with local, state and federal regulations, including FMLA, ADA, LOA, STD, LTD, ADA, Personal Leaves, Emergency Leaves, Sick Leave, Bereavement Leave, Military Leave, Jury Duty Leave and various other leaves. Serves as the central point of contact for the organization in regard to all leaves of absences.
