POSITION SUMMARY: A member of the Foundation Relations (FR) and Corporate Partnerships (CP) team, with a dual reporting role to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and the Director of Foundation Relations, the Development Associate Corporate and Foundation Relations provides critical administrative and operations functions in support of FR and CP officers seeking gifts and grants for various programs, clinical initiatives, and education programs at Boston Medical Center (BMC). This position maintains the resources to support the activities of the Development Office, ensures consistency of operations, and creates and promotes data and operational efficiencies.Additionally, this role will contribute to the team's goals of generating and maximizing philanthropic revenue to BMC by ensuring continuity in process and oversight of team logistics. The successful candidate will be able to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They will have administrative support experience, data management systems experience, a command of Word and Excel, and intellectual curiosity; be self-motivated; and embrace making decisions independently. This position requires an individual who is exceedingly detail-oriented and organized, who possesses determination for accuracy and can navigate complex systems.
