Come be a crucial part of the Engagement Marketing team at Adobe. We're looking for a customer-centric and data-driven Engagement Marketing Expert who will oversee our horizontal engagement strategy and execution, specifically around driving increased engagement among our dormant audiences, building trust with our long-tenure creative professional customers and new mobile audiences.

As the Principal Engagement Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies designed to engage customers for long-term success, specifically moving dormant customer to active ones, driving sustained use for mobile app customers and deepening reciprocal loyalty and trust with our customer base. You will collaborate on broader cross-functional initiatives with Regional Marketing, Product Growth, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market and Adobe.com partner teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead planning, execution, measurement and optimization of activations against delivery of CARR layer targets.

  • Lead "Clearinghouse Process" prioritization for Creative Cloud Install Base.

  • Maintain and execute against a learning agenda for customer insights.

  • Work with cross-functional partners to build out 360 marketing plans and oversee execution, specifically performance media buying.

  • Drive continuous improvement across KPIs including CTR, app launches.

  • Develop reporting framework and collaborate with analytics to provide ongoing, regular cadence for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings.

  • Effectively partner across the organization: PMM, Growth, Go-to-Market and Product.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of Marketing Experience with a deep experience in engagement marketing, including Mobile App engagement marketing

  • Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement through personalization, dynamic content, and creative optimization

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency

  • A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,600 -- $250,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
