Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Architecture Development:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, operations, and application development.
- Define and document the architecture for technology platforms, systems, and applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Partner with the Enterprise Architecture leader to develop and maintain corporate-wide technology roadmaps that support current and future business needs.

2. Technology Expertise:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the organization's technology stack, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Provide guidance on technology decisions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.

3. Roadmap Development and Execution:
- Lead the creation and execution of technology roadmaps that integrate infrastructure, operations, and application development strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
- Monitor and adjust roadmaps based on evolving business requirements, market trends, and technological advancements.

4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business leaders, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and development teams to ensure architecture designs are practical and effectively implemented.
- Facilitate architectural reviews, workshops, and decision-making processes across departments.

5. Governance and Standards:
- Develop and enforce architectural principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency and best practices across the technology organization.
- Establish governance processes to evaluate and approve technology investments and architectural changes.
- Monitor adherence to architectural standards and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize the organization's technology stack and infrastructure.
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to guide architectural strategies.
- Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency.

7. Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Travel Requirements
Travel Requirements: Less than 25%

Education
Minimum/Preferred Education Description
4 Year / Bachelors Degree- In Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Education: Graduate Degree- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Certification: TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture certifications.

Experience
Minimum Years of Experience Description
10+ Years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with a strong background in infrastructure, operations, and application development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

*Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale technology roadmaps.
*Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), modern application architectures, and DevOps practices.
*Deep technical expertise across the full technology stack, including infrastructure, network, application development, and operations.
*Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology solutions.
*Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
*Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to articulate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
