Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Corporate Billing Specialist for a reputable transportation company in Crowley, LA. Pay: $18 - $20 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Manage billing for transportation and logistics services Ensure accurate and timely invoicing Handle accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies Process portal billing and update systems Address billing inquiries and customer concerns Perform additional corporate billing duties as needed Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics billing Familiarity with portal billing systems is preferred Strong background in accounts receivable is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing software The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
