We are seeking an experienced Fire Service Supervisor with ideally a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the fire service industry. The ideal candidate will possess NICET certifications and will be responsible for managing a team of field employees to execute routine life safety testing and inspections. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can work effectively under time constraints while ensuring outstanding service to our clients. What we offer
What will you do In this role, you will supervise and lead a team of field employees in performing life safety testing and inspections in accordance with industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for interpreting construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with NFPA 72, NFPA 25, NFPA 101, and NFPA 13, while demonstrating knowledge of fire alarm systems and fundamentals, as well as a working understanding of fire sprinkler systems. Your focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to solve complex problems and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among team members. You will manage project timelines to ensure that all testing and inspection services are completed within established deadlines, while also maintaining P&L responsibilities and accurately forecasting monthly revenues and expenses. Providing exceptional customer service is essential, as you will address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $96,500K-$120,000K (Salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market alignment.)
