Responsibilities SUMMARY Manages legal support services and vendor setup for the organization, this role includes contract administration, document drafting, or general administrative support document audit, document review and dispute resolution ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers the vendor management process state licensing and registration processes and other legal department administrative tasks.
