With over 850 employees, Resonant Clinical Solutions provides clinical trial and laboratory supply chain services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and diagnostic laboratories. Overview

The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent. This role ensures that all total rewards programs align with the organization's goals, comply with legal requirements, and remain competitive within the industry. The Total Rewards Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support the organization's workforce strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy:

  • Create and execute a global total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's culture, goals, and values.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate total rewards into talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative total rewards solutions.

Compensation Management:

  • Design and manage competitive global compensation structures, including salary bands, job grading, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure compensation remains competitive and equitable.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and administer bonus, equity, and long-term incentive programs.
  • Oversee the annual salary review and merit increase processes.

Benefits Administration:

  • Develop and manage global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings based on employee feedback and market trends.
  • Partner with benefits brokers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality benefit options.
  • Oversee benefits compliance, including ACA reporting and audits.

Communication and Education:

  • Develop and deliver communication plans to educate employees about total rewards programs.
  • Create materials and resources to ensure employees understand the value of their compensation and benefits.
  • Act as a resource for employees and managers on total rewards policies and programs.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits in the US and in global markets where the company operates.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support audits, budgeting, and decision-making.
  • Partner with HRIS teams to ensure total rewards systems and data integrity.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders on all total rewards-related matters.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, if applicable, to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support broader HR initiatives and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR function, with demonstrated expertise in total rewards strategy.
  • Experience working in a multi-national organization.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Expertise in compensation structures, job evaluations, and market analysis in the US and Europe.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration, including wellness and retirement programs in the US and Europe.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$117,000.00 - $195,000.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
