PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Completions/Commissioning Manager plays a vital role in integrating advanced digital tools, ensuring consistency in commissioning workflows, and supporting global project teams to achieve excellence in project delivery. This role focuses on leveraging the Smart Completions platform to optimize processes and deliver value to our customers while aligning with Worley's ambition to lead in sustainability solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Smart Completions Tool Management



  • Lead the setup and configuration of the Smart Completions platform for commissioning activities across projects.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for Smart Completions, addressing queries and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the tool's functionality and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for tool usage and ensure alignment with project objectives.


Commissioning Support



  • Standardize commissioning processes by integrating Smart Completions across Worley's portfolio of projects.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to commissioning teams to ensure seamless adoption of the platform.
  • Serve as a key liaison between project teams to promote consistent application and effective communication.


Financial Milestone Management



  • Monitor and track financial milestones related to commissioning phases, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
  • Collaborate with finance and project management teams to support accurate reporting and cost control.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance during commissioning activities.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Partner with project managers, IT teams, and commissioning personnel to align workflows with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes through innovative solutions.
  • Share feedback and lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement across projects.

Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).


Experience



  • Extensive experience in commissioning systems and workflows, with a proven track record in Smart Completions setup and utilization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in financial milestone tracking and project cost control is highly desirable.

  • Deep understanding of commissioning processes and digital tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
