Detailed Job Description:

Industrial Engineer

We are seeking skilled Industrial Engineering resources to join our Industrial Engineering team. The ideal resources will possess a strong background in industrial engineering, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles. This project involves analyzing, designing, and implementing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest quality standards in aerospace production.

* Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.

* Design, layout, and optimize production workflows, equipment, and space requirements.

* Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvements.

* Analyze and prepare production line capacity assessments.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality, to develop and implement process improvements.

* Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

Job Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry.

* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

* Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.

* Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
