Craft the Future of Adobe Experience Platform, AI Agent & Data Services

Lead innovation in AI-powered agents for data modeling and processing at Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as a Senior Product Manager. Lead the growth of Data Services, including XDM and Data Dictionary for Adobe's GenAI.

What you'll do
  • Lead product strategy and execution for a new portfolio of data services within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
  • Drive Product Lifecycle: Own the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to market launch, pricing, and global adoption.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams across Adobe Experience Cloud applications and platform pillars, including AI/GenAI, governance, and real-time profiles, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
  • Innovate with AI: Collaborate with Adobe Research and AI teams to infuse Data Services with brand-new AI intelligence, advancing semantic data enrichment and actionable insights.
  • Scale for Impact: Build and scale robust, intelligent, and future-proof data services that empower global businesses to achieve measurable success across industries.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Approach: Product leader with a proactive "own it" attitude, excelling in first-principles problem-solving and collaborator influence to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management roles, ideally within data platforms, cloud-based services, or adjacent technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of data modeling, Big Data architectures, and Lakehouses; familiarity with AI/ML frameworks is highly helpful.
  • Proven Experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Automation is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interpret intricate data, recognize trends, and transform findings into effective product strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent at presenting clearly and effectively, explaining complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, and influencing collaborators at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field is required; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is highly preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
