Role: .Net Full Stack Lead Developer

Experience: 10+ years of strong experience

Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in a Hybrid model from the Client's office in Charlotte, NC.

Must Have Skills:

* Overall Software Development experience of 10+ years.

* Experience in design and development of web applications using Angular 10+.

* Developing and integrating APIs using .NET Core.

* Overseeing projects from their initial conception through to the final product, while collaborating effectively with the team.

* Continue to the growth of the team and continuous learning.

* Must have skills:

* Angular.

* .NET Core Web API.

* Microservices.

Responsibilities

* Lead the design and development of robust and scalable software solutions using ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

* Ensure the quality of code through code reviews unit testing and continuous integration practices.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to the development process.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

* Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts.

* Optimize application performance and scalability to meet the demands of a growing user base.

* Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

* Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development lifecycle.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
