We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in Node.js React JS JavaScript and Advanced JavaScript. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of innovative software solutions ensuring high-quality code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

* Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using Node.js React JS JavaScript and Advanced JavaScript.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
* Ensure the timely delivery of projects by managing tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.
* Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
* Implement and enforce coding standards and development processes to ensure consistency and quality.
* Work closely with product managers and designers to create user-friendly and efficient applications.
* Optimize application performance and scalability to meet the needs of the business.
* Participate in project planning and estimation to provide accurate timelines and resource requirements.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

* Possess a strong understanding of Node.js React JS JavaScript and Advanced JavaScript.
* Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on front-end and back-end technologies.
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
* Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies.

Salary:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
