Together. Every day. CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Commercial & Institutional - Commercial Services & Cost Estimating Team at our Winter, Springs FL office. YOUR IMPACT The CHA cost estimating team delivers high-quality, accurate cost consulting services to owners, architects, and construction managers at any stage from conceptual design through construction documents. With expertise in architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical estimating, we identify the implications of design and construction decisions and bring cost certainty to the project. Our estimates are accurate, prompt, and comprehensive, based on information from a nationwide network of contacts and careful analysis. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team, working in close collaboration with a water and wastewater utility. Our Program Manager will oversee critical program functions, leading a portfolio of projects to ensure successful execution and regulatory compliance; providing oversight, administration, and guidance to ensure successful execution. In this role, you will act as a key contact for your project portfolio, fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships. You will collaborate on capital improvement programs (CIPs) and key business functions, aligning with operational and regulatory goals. Managing project execution will be a core responsibility, including scope, budget, resources, and schedules, to ensure efficient delivery. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance on utility operations and addressing client challenges. Leading multidisciplinary teams will be essential, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. A key component of this role also includes identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; or equivalent combination of education and experience in water/wastewater
SALARY RANGE: $125,000 - $155,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
