We are seeking highly skill and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Protect group of the Microsoft Security organization. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate with identity services leadership and engineering teams to deliver security risk reductions aligned to Microsoft's Secure Future Initiative (SFI). You will lead delivery of modern authentication services through Azure Entra ID and work that sustains Entra Hybrid AuthN scenarios. You'll bring administrative efficiency to IAM work planning, prioritization, and delivery, and ensure that voice-of-the-user feedback guides IAM experiences + optimizations. ResponsibilitiesOwn with engineering-IAM leadership: a strategic services roadmap as a Subject Matter Expert. Define Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities to deliver CISO-org SFI objectives and key results. Support IAM Protect leadership. engineering, and program management with Azure DevOps (ADO) work management, status reporting and visualization, defining (automated) performance indicators and tracking. Work with CISO-org identity architects for work-intake governance.Embody our culture and values |
