Ag Processing Inc is currently seeking engineering majors to work at our Omaha, NE corporate office this
summer! During this paid internship you will take ownership of potential projects listed below.

Potential Projects:
* Asset clean up in HxGN EAM. Use plant PIDs to identify plant assets and enter necessary
information into the companies CMMS.
* Work with CMMS integrator to develop Maintenance and Reliability metrics and reporting for:
* Maintenance Work Order Completion Compliance
* Calculated MTBF and create a dashboard element and/or graphical.

* Perform a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures as they occur.

Responsibilities:
* Take ownership in a project at our plant that will enhance safety, increase efficiencies and/or reduce costs
* Communicate with consulting firms and vendors to ensure completion of projects as needed
* Communicate with management regarding operational, maintenance, ergonomic, and safety enhancements of projects
* Participate in root cause analysis investigations to develop comprehensive corrective actions and maintenance task improvements
* Work with plant operations staff to build consensus and to solicit feedback of improvements and changes

Qualifications:
* Completion of your sophomore or junior year coursework in a technical field (Mechanical, Industrial or Ag Engineering are preferred)
* Available to work approximately 10 weeks during May, June, July and August
* Willing to work in a production plant and office setting in the summer
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Ability to work as part of a team in a professional manner
* GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

* Completion of your sophomore or junior year coursework in a technical field (Mechanical,
Industrial or Ag Engineering are preferred

* Available to work approximately 10 weeks during May, June, July and August

* Willing to work in a production plant and office setting in the summer

* Strong oral and written communication skills

* Strong technical and analytical skills
