POSITION SUMMARY The Leadership Development Program Specialist supports the implementation and management of leadership development programs and cohorts and manages the Qualtrics Survey platform. Reporting to the Manager of Leadership Development, this role focuses on coordinating leadership development program logistics, maintaining participant records, and supporting program evaluation efforts. In addition, the Program Administrator is the primary point person for engagement survey administration (2x a year) and the ongoing lifecycle surveys. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the Talent Engagement and Development function while gaining exposure to leadership theory, survey administration, and talent management practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of leadership development workshops, coaching sessions, and other program components.
- Coordinate logistics for leadership development programs, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications.
- Maintain accurate records of leadership program attendance and progress.
- Support the Manager in identifying and addressing leadership development needs.
- Administer leadership assessment tools (e.g., 360-degree feedback, personality assessments) and compile results for review.
- Collect and organize participant feedback and performance metrics to support program evaluation and improvement efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate program effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Coordinate scheduling for coaching sessions and mentoring program activities.
- Maintain a database of coaches and mentors, ensuring appropriate assignments based on individual development needs.
- Track participant progress in coaching and mentoring programs and report findings to the Manager.
- Provide administrative support for partnerships with external vendors, including scheduling, contracts, and payment processing.
- Research best practices and innovative approaches to support leadership development initiatives.
- Assist in tracking deliverables and outcomes from external facilitators, coaches, and program partners.
- Prepares the Heartbeat, Culture of Safey, and adhoc surveys for administration. This includes verifying organizational hierarchy, reporting relationships, and results access. Assist in preparing survey communication materials, reports, and dashboards.
- Generate reports and summaries to assist the Manager and senior leaders in reviewing survey results.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a program support or coordination role, preferably in HR, talent management, or leadership development.
- Experience with survey administration preferred (Qualtrics, Press Ganey, Survey Monkey...)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilties:
- Familiarity with talent management tools, assessment processes, and program administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with talent management systems, preferred.
