Senior MarTech Program Manager

The Digital Program Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, and implementation of strategic marketing technology initiatives within the Digital Innovation portfolio. This role will be key in in shaping the future of our marketing technology stack, including Customer Data Platform, Loyalty Platform, and Marketing Campaign Platform.

Day in the Life:
As a Senior IT Program Manager, your daily responsibilities will involve managing key marketing technology initiatives from inception to delivery, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

• Program Management: Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to drive projects through their lifecycle. Track progress, manage milestones, and adjust plans based on evolving business needs.
• Roadmap Planning and Prioritization: Align with business portfolio owners to understand their strategic priorities and objectives and assist Product Team in the maintenance of product roadmaps.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, collaborating with technical and business teams to develop solutions.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on project status, roadblocks, and progress. Prepare executive-level reports on project health, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Program Oversight: Lead multiple marketing technology initiatives, including platform integrations and data management projects, ensuring that all deliverables align with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with marketing, IT, product, and data teams to prioritize initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of technology projects.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED SKILLS

• 7+ yearsof experience in IT program management, with a focus on marketing technology projects.
• Demonstrated experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver complex projects.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams that include IT, Marketing, Operations, Data and Strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, SAFe)
• Marketing technology-related certifications (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) are a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrate accountability, prioritize tasks, and consistency in high-quality delivery.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented, resourceful, and work well under pressure.
