Job Description
Provides oversight and coordination of organization-wide strategic planning, business and workforce plan development, business relationship management, reporting, data and/or budget analysis and special projects as assigned.
What You'll Do Business and Strategic Planning
Build and facilitate repeatable and company-focused strategic planning processes that include confirmation of continued relevance, value tracking relative to goals, progress evaluation and communication to affected stakeholders. Lead the creation of the organization's strategic plan, focused business and long-term growth plan objectives and enterprise goals. Lead the coordination, planning and facilitation of various divisional and organization-wide events (i.e. All Hands Meetings, Leadership Planning Sessions, staff meetings) to make them more effective, purposeful and outcomes based. Manage the overall workforce plan and staffing models, taking into account multiple and interrelated initiatives to either increase or decrease headcount, each with their own set of success criteria/outcomes, budget, and duration. Produce relevant business plans and analysis under guidance from Vice President for special projects and other duties as assigned. Facilitate the creation and adoption of standard operating procedures and processes for the department and assist with the communication and education of new SOPs outside of the department. Provide input and recommended strategy for leadership's public speaking engagements and/or industry Board or committee meetings. Facilitate change management work to support business and process improvements and overall departmental/divisional effectiveness.
Project/Initiative Management
Data Analysis/Reporting
Lead the consolidation and standardization of data analysis and reporting for relevant business operations. Provide analysis and insights for proposed strategic initiatives by leveraging unique perspective on the end-to-end operations of the segment and/or division. Coordinate divisional budget analysis, provide input into and monitor budget forecasts and review progress against administrative cost reduction goals Track and evaluate goal progress, including data collection and analysis of key performance metrics (KPIs).
What You Need * Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) * 8+ years of experience in related field. * In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field. What We're Looking For
Strategic Consulting and/or strategic framework experience, preferably in healthcare. Proven experience working cross-functionally within a large organization Experience in change management and process improvement. A strong executive presence. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and present data-driven insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs. *Based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance. $105,600.00 - $191,800.00
