Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Training Specialist III - Site Lead

Background:

MEDCOE/DoOM is responsible for training and educating medical personnel. To accomplish this mission, MEDCOE/DoOM must provide trained and ready medical personnel to support worldwide contingency operations; produce concepts, doctrine and organizational structure that meets current and future force requirements; create integrated and relevant training strategies, products and programs and make them available for use; and support the Readiness and Managed Care missions of the Military Health System.

All tasks must be completed in accordance with government approved, unit specific processes and standards and Army-wide training development and support task standards in accordance with applicable TRADOC/MEDCoE policies and regulations. The contractor shall provide support personnel to augment TCMC program personnel in the delivery and execution of standardized instruction and testing for Health Care Providers (Physicians, Physician Assistants, Dentists, Nurses, and Nurse Practitioners) and 68W20-40 Combat Medics in Tactical Combat Casualty Care and Role 1 and 2 operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Provides assistance in the training of Soldiers in a wide variety of individual and team skills for DoOM/TCMC courses. The contractor shall support training activities by:

• Serve as primary program point of contact to TCMC government leadership for logistics, contract personnel resource scheduling, course delivery requirements, and represent support course-specific planning meetings.
• Provide technical advice and assists program course preparation, delivery, and logistics. Prepare monthly restock/resupply class 8 inventory report.
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating training and storage facilities (to include 9 Conex/storage sheds and buildings) on JBSA Ft. Sam Houston/Camp Bullis in support of TCMC program of instruction.
• Provide input and feedback on the training schedule and academic calendar.
• Provide advice to Program Director, faculty, and staff on developing logistics schedule aligned with course support requirements and works with each faculty member on scheduling and classroom/student equipment needs.
• Perform all Training Specialist II requirements
• Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Associate degree. 5 years' experience.

Security Requirements: Tier 1 Background Investigation required.

Support Hours: The contractor is responsible for conducting business, between the hours of 0600 - 1700, Monday thru Friday, when the Government facility is OPEN unless the facility is closed due to Federal holidays, local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Course iterations may require personnel to work varying hours depending on the instructional needs and surges in training requirements. The Contractor shall have the flexibility to schedule individuals within those hours of operation.

Place of Performance: Services for this contract shall be provided at JBSA, Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis government facilities to include classroom/office, simulation laboratory, and field aid station settings that are all adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated, as well as on outdoor training lanes.

Travel: The Contractor will be authorized travel expenses consistent with the substantive provisions of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and the limitation of funds specified in this contract.
