The Role: Production Support Engineer

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provides subject matter expertise and consulting services on a range of technologies and assists Technical Analysts and Infrastructure Engineers to ensure that technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards
• Develops software solutions to address manual and repeatable work or inefficient processes.
• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Core Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Utilize Azure for cloud-based application deployment and management.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applicants will be accepted till 2/20/2025

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $55K-$74K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
