Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Desktop Management - SCCM Device Management Intune and OS Imaging - MS MDT. This hybrid role requires strong English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities * Lead the design and implementation of desktop management solutions using SCCM to ensure efficient and secure operations. * Oversee the deployment and management of devices using Intune to maintain compliance and security standards. * Provide expertise in OS imaging using MS MDT to streamline the deployment process and reduce downtime. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that align with business goals. * Ensure the continuous improvement of desktop and device management processes to enhance user experience and productivity. * Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively. * Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure-related processes and configurations. * Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and end-users to resolve complex issues. * Implement security best practices to protect the organizations IT assets and data. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions. * Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. * Manage and optimize the lifecycle of IT assets to maximize their value and minimize costs. * Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. Qualifications * * Must have extensive experience with Desktop Management * SCCM to manage and deploy applications and updates efficiently. * Should have strong expertise in Device Management Intune to ensure secure and compliant device usage. * Must be proficient in OS Imaging * MS MDT to create and deploy standardized operating system images. * Should possess excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly. * Must have strong communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. * Should have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security. * Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. * Must have experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT processes and configurations. * Should have a strong focus on customer service and user satisfaction. * Must be detail-oriented and able to conduct thorough audits and assessments. * Should have experience in managing IT assets and optimizing their lifecycle. * Must be able to participate in and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects. Certifications: Would be plus Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Intune Specialist Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
