The Manager of Social Media Operations & Analytics will play a critical role in optimizing Slack's social media presence by balancing data-driven operations with content creativity. This role will oversee social media operations, including performance measurement across channels, while also supporting the creation of compelling content that communicates Slack's value to diverse audiences. Reporting to the Director of Social Media Strategy, this position requires a hybrid of analytical expertise and hands-on content capabilities. Ideal candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, quick-thinking, and able to make editorial decisions informed by data and insights. They must also be comfortable with shifting priorities and ambiguity, as the social media landscape and business needs often change rapidly. Slack's social media team is resourceful and collaborative, with everyone wearing many hats. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $174,900. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
