$6,000 Retention Bonus!!

This position is eligible for a $6,000 retention bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

$23.84 - $27.61/hourly

The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.

Position Summary

This position assists the Facilities Manager in maintaining effective and efficient operation of electrical and mechanical building equipment and provides for other interior and exterior maintenance, clean-up work as required and security of organization's buildings and grounds.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or higher
• One (1) or more years' experience in building operations and maintenance
• Possess a State of Minnesota Second Class C Engineer's License
• Experience in building systems operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical Maintenance certificate/diploma/degree or higher from a technical school
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
