Summary:

In this role, you will work with clients and account executives to implement spend management initiatives within indirect spend and purchased services categories, ensuring sustained support and progress throughout each engagement or project. You will manage multiple projects across healthcare and non-healthcare sectors in the non-acute market, focusing on achieving cost savings and generating administrative fees. Additionally, you will foster strong relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, and internal teams to help clients fully leverage the value of the Vizient contract portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex indirect spend implementations and onboarding projects for non-acute clients, ensuring timelines, goals, and deliverables are met.

• Serve as the subject matter expert related to indirect spend contract connections, providing guidance on what documents, data, and client involvement will be required.

• Track revenue pull-through post-implementation, and utilize technology tools (e.g., OLM, Contract Price Activation, Tableau) for efficient project tracking and reporting.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, distributors, and suppliers to ensure satisfaction through timely communication, reporting, and problem resolution.

• Deliver consistent updates to greater team regarding the project pipeline, implementation progress to completion, and any potential barriers.

• Participate in periodic business reviews with Vizient supplier representatives to provide feedback regarding challenges driving utilization or standardization for contract solutions.

• Continuously refine and improve implementation methodologies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Participate in new technology training for indirect spend and purchased services strategies.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Master's degree desired.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Experience in indirect spend management, purchased services, supply chain, or related fields preferred.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex implementations and drive results.

• Experience working with contract connections, pricing activations, and technology tools such as OLM, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Willingness to travel.
