Job Description

Position Summary

Reporting to our Director, Eco-design and Sustainable Products Program you will work across the enterprise to implement plans to address Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) regulations.

You will help ensure that our business operations follow applicable regulatory and legal standards related to product compliance. Your role will collaborate with several internal partners and subject matter experts to build data solutions to support the desired outcome of this program.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Focus project on the investigation, remediation, and management of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) contamination
  • Develop mitigation strategies, and ensure PFAS compliance with relevant regulations while following project timelines and budgets
  • Oversee plans and schedules involving different teams
  • Organize and lead project activities such as meetings, communication ensuring the communication of progress and completion of the project targets and milestones
  • Work with certification & compliance, legal, sourcing and engineering teams and define project schedule, scope and manage schedule performance and implement the project according to the established targets
  • Manage and mitigate risks, and establish proactive tasks and activities to lead project's progress and outcomes
  • Maintain project progress report
  • Collaborate with government agencies, technical groups, partners and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle

The Essentials- You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires 8+years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in development engineering role for new products or software
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role for new products or software
  • Project Management credential such as PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification
  • MBA/Master's degree in engineering management or project management
  • Knowledge of Rockwell Automation's products and associated businesses.
  • Knowledge of competitive products and offerings.
  • Knowledge of PMI standards and project management best practices
  • Experience working on complex technical projects with levels of uncertainty regarding schedule/cost/scope
  • Business and financial experience
  • Coordinate technical issues across several technical areas
  • Leadership in facilitating team decisions, and cooperations for the best solution
  • Hold self and others accountable for results
  • Apply business metrics to track performance

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $114,880.00 - 172,320.00 USD Annual with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
