Role and Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering training on our proprietary systems to our clients worldwide.

As a Trainer you will:



  • Deliver training on our proprietary system in classrooms and/or at client sites.
  • Administer post-training testing to our clients to ensure that student learning has met course objectives.
  • Continue own training and development to ensure that the skill set remains updated.
  • Deliver training on proprietary system to internal customers, as required.
  • May be required to participate in courseware and training tool conception.
  • Apply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience for users (distance learning, interactive eLearning, blended training).
  • Knows and uses the principles of learning adults.
  • Schedule and deliver Coaching session.
  • Deliver Webinar on specific topics.
  • Delivers remote training session.


  • University Degree in a relevant technical field.


  • 5 years of experience in adult training, in a technical classroom environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 22 weeks per year in the US and internationally.
  • Availability to work irregular hours and weekends when traveling, if necessary.
  • Ability to train in English, French and Spanish. A fourth language is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated team spirit.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to take on a leadership and act as a coach.
  • Experience in computer hardware and software installation.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in forensic science and/or firearms is an asset
