Job Description: The Trade & Pricing Manager (Market Access - Pharmaceuticals) at Nestle Health Science USA will oversee trade relations and pricing for the company's product portfolio. This role will provide strategic guidance and access expertise to various customer segments, focusing on the distribution network. The role will also be responsible for managing 3PL, distributor, and pharmacy strategies, addressing complex field access challenges, leading national initiatives and enhancing data platforms. The Trade & Pricing Manager is also responsible for collaborating with our Sales force and the Market Access team to develop and make recommendations on pricing initiatives along with monitoring and compliance with Government pricing at the State and Federal level. Finally, this position is an individual contributor role and will also partner with cross-functional partners, including Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing. This role is a remote-based opportunity. * Partner with the Director, Trade, Pricing and Payer Marketing and Associate Director, Pricing and Contracting on deal modeling for customer contracts and reporting. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or in a related field required; MBA or Master's degree preferred. The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
