About this role As a Sales Operations Manager at our leading software as a service company, you will spearhead the operational design and management of our global Sales Development team. This role is not just about oversight; it's about actively engaging in the strategic and operational mechanisms that make our sales engine thrive. You'll be at the heart of our success, driving initiatives that translate into millions in sales pipeline, supported by a team that values innovation and impact. What you'll be doing:
- Lead and optimize the operational framework for a global Sales Development team comprising Account Development Representatives (ADRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Harness analytical skills to evaluate sales data, compensation plans, and marketing operations, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Serve as a bridge between the Sales Development team and cross-functional partners, including Marketing Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, and Sales Compensation, to drive unified strategies and execution.
- Implement and manage sales technologies and tools such as CRM, lead routing, dialing, sales engagement, and business intelligence platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging firmagraphic and contact data to refine sales approaches and methodologies.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and scaling of the sales pipeline, ensuring the team's efforts are aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
