Job Overview

The Adobe Platform Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Adobe Commerce Cloud (ACC) and the notification engine built on the Adobe stack with integrations to AEP Forwarded, Twilio, and SendGrid for multi-channel messaging. This role will be responsible for incident management, system enhancements, and ongoing administration of the notification platform. Additionally, the analyst will play a key role in platform DevOps, CI/CD automation, deployment configurations, and operational monitoring to ensure seamless functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and alignment with business needs

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the Adobe Notification Engine, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to Adobe I/O, Event Registry, Webhooks Registry, and App Builder Runtime.
  • Maintain integrations with AEP Forwarded, Twilio, SendGrid, and other messaging platforms for multi-channel notifications.
  • Define and enforce notification workflows, triggers, and delivery rules to optimize message effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for notification platform deployments, ensuring seamless updates and rollouts.
  • Automate deployment configurations to improve efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
  • Monitor system health, logging, and performance metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Optimize notification processes for latency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize integrations with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Implement monitoring tools to track platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Document best practices, platform configurations, and standard operating procedures to support ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe I/O, Event Registry, and App Builder Runtime.
  • Experience with webhooks/webhooks registry and AEP Forwarded for event-driven architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Twilio, SendGrid, and other messaging platforms for multi-channel notifications.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with serverless architecture, API integrations, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for incident management and performance optimization.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across engineering, business, and DevOps teams.
