Requisition ID req32505 Working Title Admin Assistant 1 Position Grade 06 Position Summary Performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties for the Children's Campus department, which require a range of skills and a knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Individual will assist with staff and children's files, regulatory requirements, and accreditation requirements to remain in compliance with Children Youth and Family Licensing and the National Association for the Education of Young Children Accreditation criteria. This position also requires assisting and directing visitors, staff, and families, and provide support in resolving administrative problems and inquiries. Duties will include administrative support with composing, editing, and proofreading correspondence and reports, and preparing a range of administrative documents relevant to department needs and events. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
