Job Description As a Project Manager, you will work with Engineering, Program Managers and Business Managers to bring our product roadmaps to life. Your responsibilities span the product development life cycle from project initiation, through development and test, to product release. This position is focused on managing new products comprised of electronic hardware and embedded software. You will construct a plan and coordinate delivery across hardware and embedded software engineering teams in an Agile development environment. You will work closely with our manufacturing and sourcing teams to ensure the plant is ready to build the product at release. Facilitating decisions and addressing issues early are key to your success in this role. Project teams may consist of resources in global facilities. Working with an international team may be required on some projects. Some travel, including both domestic and international, may be required to meet with team members and facilitate project progress. You will be supported with mentorship and coaching. With success in this role, you will have the opportunity to grow into roles with increased scope and responsibility. You will report to a manager in the Project Management Office and work from Milwaukee or Mayfield Heights. Key Responsibilities You will:
