Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the entire marketing funnel with a focus on omni-channel integration.
- Provide strategic direction, ensuring alignment of all campaigns with broader business objectives.
- Identify gaps in current marketing efforts and implement creative, data-driven solutions to address them.
- Develop and execute retail/B2C strategies to maximize online sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, including social media and influencer teams, fostering a high-performing culture.
- Manage relationships with internal and external vendors and agencies to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, social media, Martech (AI, CRM), and ecommerce platforms.
- Spearhead digital growth initiatives centered on customer acquisition, data-driven decision-making, and profitability.
- Oversee the marketing and user growth initiatives for the newly launched app, ensuring its success in the market.
- Utilize analytics to evaluate campaign performance, refine strategies, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels while monitoring ROI and optimizing marketing spend.
- Develop systems for leveraging data effectively to drive strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing, with a focus on digital and ecommerce strategies, particularly in B2C or retail industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, inspire innovation, and drive results.
- Strong track record of success in omni-channel marketing with measurable impact on revenue and customer engagement.
- Ability to quantify campaign success, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable plans.
- Proficient in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), Martech, and CRM tools.
