Senior Industrialization Engineer - Design Product Marking

Job Description

The Senior Industrialization Engineer, Product Marking will be a team member of the Industrialization engineering organization which works at a system level across Rockwell Automation. This is a hybrid work position located in Milwaukee, WI. You will report to the Product Marking manager within the Hardware User Experience team. We work with global development teams to define the strategy for manufacturing process flow, labeling, and packaging. You will be the subject matter expert on product marking technologies to be used across Rockwell Automation's manufacturing locations. You will develop marking strategies on new products, create prototype markings, and lead improvement programs on existing products. You will develop roadmaps for future direct to substrate markings. You will lead improvement and standardization programs, develop product marking strategies and prototypes for new products.

• Be Rockwell Automation's subject matter expert of product marking technologies
• Promote standardized product marking development, change management and documentation*
• Lead product marking strategy development on new product introductions that meet all product requirements
• Develop roadmaps for product marking technologies to be used
• Operate product marking equipment and develop prototypes
• Collaborate with product security teams developing strategy for digital authentication requirements or other security anti-counterfeit programs

• Bachelors of Science degree in engineering field of study
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• The ability to travel 15% of the time.

• Bachelors of Science degree (or advanced) in engineering field of study degree in Industrial Eng., Mechanical Eng., Electrical Eng. or other engineering field
• 2+ years of direct or closely related engineering experience
• Experience persuading through presentations, discussions, or other communication methods
• Experience managing third-party relationships and work with customers brainstorming and issue resolution
• And collaborate across a large organization to lead change
