STV is seeking a BIM Manager for our Digital Advisory department at our Lexington, KY and southern Ohio office locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes from a PMO perspective, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

  • Oversee model federation and quality assurance to ensure all project models are accurate and cohesive.

  • Maintain Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and ensure seamless access to collaborated models across contracts.

  • Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across project teams.

  • Provide technical support and training to ensure effective utilization of Autodesk Suite tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in the Autodesk Suite, including Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management for large-scale projects.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation Range:

$96,217.42 - $128,289.89
