Description Acara Solutions is excited to present an opportunity for a Traffic/Logistics Coordinator with Ichor Systems in Sauk Rapids, MN. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the efficient movement of materials and products, supporting Ichor's mission to deliver high-quality solutions to its clients. Payrate: $18.89- 25.48/hr.
Responsibilities:
o Inspect and verify packages, parts and documentation (both incoming and outgoing) for quality and accuracy o Complete inspection records and inventory transactional paperwork as needed o Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's) to meet quality requirements o Work as a team member to aid others in achieving quality goals and on-time delivery goals o Pack daily customer and vendor shipments of parts, labels, packing slips and any required documentation. Seal container(s), weigh, and place in designated shipping location o Generate shipping labels and documentation using shipping software. o Contact shipping/freight companies for pick-ups as required o Use forklift to move materials as necessary o Monitor supplies and utilize material replenishment reordering system o Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks o Cross train and assist other areas of production as needed o Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
o Strong attention to detail/accuracy o Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player o Experience with computer systems o Experience with forklift o Previous shipping and receiving experience in a fast-paced environment o Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to change priorities quickly and remain positive o Customer focused with a strong aptitude for quickly learning part numbers and manufacturing processes o Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. o Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Desired Education, Certifications and Experience o 2+ years' experience shipping and receiving in a manufacturing environment Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
