Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Mankato, MN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Coordinate the recruitment process with the relevant stakeholders and track recruitment status.
  • Recruit, interview, select and onboard applicants.
  • Coordinate local candidate attraction measures such as special postings or career fairs.
  • Serve as advisor to management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering HR programs, policies and procedures, and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate HR programs, policies and procedures.
  • Create, process, verify, and maintain personnel related data and documentation, including staffing, recruitment, time and attendance, discipline, performance and compensation.
  • Advise managers and employees on matters of HR related compliance.
  • Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws by completing reporting requirements, auditing HR documentation, and following established procedures.
  • Keep management abreast of work, pending issues and problems and provides possible solutions for those issues and problems.
  • Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the client's Code of Conduct.
  • Perform special projects as necessary

Pay: $ 42.27/hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Length: Temp (24 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with HR generalist or recruiting.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with operating computers and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good knowledge of federal and state employment laws which includes AAP and EEO requirements and regulations
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
  • Good oral, written and presentation communication skills
  • Good analytical ability and conflict resolution skills for handling of complex problems and tasks
  • Good ability to work independently and with little direction from management
  • Good organizational, planning and follow up skills
  • Good ability in handling confidential matters with discretion

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
