Description
Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Fremont, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
  • Auditing, stocking, and dispensing of materials to lab users Inspecting and maintaining lab areas for safety and Intellectual Property (IP) issues
  • Follow established processes to sustain & govern existing lab services Support lab improvement projects on a need basis
  • Work with cross functional teams to minimize inventory variances and implement improved processes to increase overall inventory accuracy
  • Resolve discrepancies; investigate misidentified or out of balance items with root cause analysis; identify necessary preventive measures to assure there are no re-occurrence
  • Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored.
  • Keep inventory room clean and organized.
  • Notify Key stakeholders when project materials have been received.
  • Provides backup support to Wafer Cage Team.
  • Responsibilities include, pulling reservation orders; staging for pickup; reclaim wafers; safeguard customer intellectual property, receiving incoming wafer deliveries, perform inventory audits.
  • Work in a Lab environment which requires use of Lab suits to perform wafer reclaims and other duties in the lab Perform other duties as directed
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and summarize using Pivot tables and charts.
Here's what you will get:
Pay rate: $30.07/hr
Duration: 2 years with possibility to convert based on business needs and performance
Shift: Monday - Friday, day shift
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • HS diploma required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years inventory control experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive)
  • Experience in ERP and ordering platforms (SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba preferred)
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak)
