Job Duties:
- Responsible for the execution of shipping documentation requirements for shipments originating in the US to destinations globally, which include commercial invoice, packing slip, Letter of Credit, SED, export regulations, and any special requirement per customer's routing guide
- Arrange pick up details of shipments with freight forwarders, carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL, etc.
- Process orders based on the buyer's preferred shipping systems ( e.g. UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc)
- Receiving of all freight and ground shipments and notification of recipients.
- Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
- Organizing and staging of incoming freight shipments.
- Delivery of mail and packages to 909 Kifer Road.
- Shipping of ITF Returns, RMA's and Deliveries to Fortinet Union City on the Kerry Apex Shuttle. (Every Tuesday and Friday.)
- Processing of UPS shipping labels, as requested through emails, then sending the processed labels back to the requestors as attachments
- Metering and Mailing of USPS Letters as requested.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lb

Job Experience Required:
- College Degree is preferred
- Experience in shipping/receiving, along with export documentation
- Proficiency with MS-Excel, MS-Word
- Must have ability to prioritize projects and strong sense of urgency
- Must be highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and an attitude of willingness
- Must be team player willing to assist others
- Must have ability to work in a fast-pace and multi-task environment, especially during quarter end rush time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Oracle experience is plus.

Earnings for this position are expected to be $24.00 - $34.00 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
