Field Service Engineer

8 years of professional experience with the majority in a technical support role
• HS Diploma or GED

• Experience in Facilities maintenance with some in a leadership role

• Senior level technician...Position may require up to 50% travel
• Will be based in Charleston and support the operations there the majority of the time
• Provide on-going management of facilities to include requests for maintenance, and ensure
  that the responsibilities are met under the leases; Review and analyze all invoices for
  field facilities, payment of all rent; An important function includes the ability to form
  relationships with the field personnel and management to ensure that their facilities needs
  are being met
• Performs a variety of tasks related to the facilities and maintenance of the building
• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Schedules and manages contractors on site...and supervise and lead other staff as directed
• Generates and maintains layouts for projects and seating and perform other space planning activities
• Provides computer-based operations support and reports
• Maintains HVAC settings and monitor temp/humidity
• Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting,
  plastering, machine servicing, or electrical servicing
• Will use company vehicle
• Transports materials back and forth to warehouse. Performs MAC and Event support activities
