The Prospect Media Manager is responsible for assisting in the implantation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns. This role uses data to help shape and execute media plans to best support achieving mid funnel KPIs and ultimately sales. The Manager may collaborate closely with go-to-market, digital, SEO, user experience, marketing performance, and sales teams to ensure alignment across initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to apply business insights to media strategy, strong collaboration, attention to detail, and deadline orientation.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, execution, refinement, tracking, and reporting of paid media campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Work closely with external media agency partners to ensure execution of impactfuladvertising that delivers brand awareness, consideration, and ultimately sales.
  • Actively engage with external media buying agency channel experts to develop, execute, optimize, and report on tests. Apply insights to concept new tests or best practices.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing analytics team and agency team to analyze market research, in-market results, and advertising metrics to assess and report on performance and generate future improvements.
  • Assist in the creation of insightful reports, presentations, dashboards, etc. that drive data-informed recommendations aligned with business objectives. Translate insights into advertising strategies that support business and marketing objectives.
  • Closely communicate with creative team to ensure that production timelines align with media launch dates.
  • Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Regularly recommend new or improved media related marketing processes to ensure efficiencies and seamless integrations.
  • Drive project excellence by managing timelines and working cross collaboratively to ensure alignment and best practice implementation.
  • Work with creative, digital, UX, testing, telephony, and SEO teams to optimize customer journey from paid media campaigns.
  • Lead special projects to address business needs as necessary.

Minimum Requirements + Competencies:

  • 7+ years advertising, media planning, and/or media buying.
  • Demonstrated skill in buying and optimizing digital media.
  • A curiosity-driven approach to data analysis and passion for uncovering insights that inform strategic media planning and execution.
  • A collaborative mindset, paired with intermediate-level skills in aligning cross-functional efforts.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with task and deadline orientation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong focus on efficiency, efficacy, and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated; ability to work independently and be effective in ambiguity.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability.
  • Agency experience preferred but not required.
  • Traditional media buying experience is a plus.
