Generation Analytics & OPPM Specialist I: $52,700 - $65,900
Generation Analytics & OPPM Specialist II: $64,500 - $80,600
Sr Generation Analytics & OPPM Specialist: $81,800 - $109,100
Lead Generation Analytics & OPPM Specialist: $96,300 - $128,400

Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Other hours as required)

Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting through Generation Reliability, this position is part of a team devoted to providing accurate, up-to-date information to the generation team and advancing analytics in the Power Generation field. The Generation Analytics & Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM) Specialist will develop and maintain analytical reports to provide management the ability to make data-driven decisions. This position will also work with team members and stakeholders across the Generation fleet to manage, enhance, and support project development and prioritization through Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM). Additionally, this role will lead the organization's benchmarking programs through a high level of attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Manages the on-premise deployment of Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (OPPM) hosted on Evergy hardware known as PrimaDonna Workspace (PDW)
* Develops and provides PDW training to all users
* Performs OPPM system maintenance
* Assists project managers and engineers in efficiently using the OPPM application
* Communicates capital project planning timelines and ensures milestones are met
* Supports benchmarking efforts and track industry trends providing valuable insights
* Maintains reports & dashboards in the Generation Analytics Power BI workspace and app
* Acts as a driving force for new ideas, while developing new reports to keep data-driven decisions on the forefront
* Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or other related degree program is highly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in business support analytics
• Relevant knowledge of the electric utility industry is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:

• Working knowledge and ability to write JavaScript
• Working knowledge Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
• Working knowledge of PowerBI
• Must be proficient with various software programs and systems (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as database use
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms and process documentation
• Ability to build relationships with work groups supported through listening and collaboration
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong ability to identify and resolve conflict, provide alternatives, and deal with pressure and difficulty resulting from administrative or technical issues related to people, process and technology
• Interface with all levels of plant personnel as well as corporate support organizations.
• Must have strong time management skills, ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and meet deadlines

Working Conditions:
Majority of work will be conducted in a normal office environment. Position will require occasional travel to other locations within the company. Requires some work beyond normal working hours as workload and project deadlines warrant. Must have satisfactory work record including good attendance.
